We acquired 24 Carrot Catering in 2004 and added a diamond to its logo.  The staff prepares food in our off-premises catering kitchen for the deli and for the luncheons, dinners and parties we service.  The chef has been working at his trade for 30 years, the last 8 with us.  Of Indonesian descent, he has worked in ethnic and classic American kitchens fusing together his experiences and perfecting his skills.
